They had an open discussion where we all had input and were able to come up with a successful strategy. They answered the phone when I called, texted, or emailed immediately, or within 20 minutes, they got back to me. If they told me they had paperwork I needed to sign, that they would have it out to me that day, it was out within an hour. Very easy to sign through dotloop. Seemed like they worked very hard to get the buyers to get their act together. I didn't have to do anything. Less hassle than my last oil change at the dealership, as far as my effort went. They also have a pretty good network of contractors that actually had the best prices by far(I did get other estimates). They exceeded my expectations. What more do you want? They are good."
